About the region

A growing cycling destination

The region

A place where every ride tells a story

South Garda Bike Region is a cycling destination built around the morainic hills, vineyards and quiet rural roads south of Lake Garda. Here the landscape does the talking — gentle climbs, gravel tracks, small villages and the lake always somewhere in the distance.

Routes for every rider

Gravel, road, e-bike and family — there is a route for every pace and every level.

Vineyards, villages and local life

The routes pass through wineries, small farms and rural villages. There is always a reason to stop, look around and taste something local.

Bike-friendly network

Over 170 signposts on the ground and 4 information panels with QR codes make navigation simple and enjoyable.

A region where the best thing to do is get on your bike and see where the road takes you.

Our approach

Cycling as a way to discover , slow down and connect .

Our Mission

To make the south of Lake Garda a recognised cycling destination — with routes, signage and a local network that welcomes every kind of rider.

Our Vision

A region where cyclists come to ride, explore and come back. From a first family loop to a long gravel day — there is always more to discover.

Our Values

Our heritage

Il Graspo del Moro: The route that started it all

The Graspo del Moro is the historic cycling route of Castelnuovo del Garda — a loop through vineyards, morainic hills and quiet countryside that has been part of the local landscape for decades.

South Garda Bike Region began here. Our first work on the territory was updating and expanding the Graspo del Moro — remapping the trail, installing over 170 new signposts along the route and placing four information panels with QR codes that connect the physical trail to the digital experience.
