Graspo del Moro: Ronchi (SGBR 3)
19,4 km | 75 m

The Graspo del Moro is the heart of South Garda Bike Region. A loop through the morainic hills, vineyards and quiet countryside of Castelnuovo del Garda — named after a historic local wine variety that has been grown in these fields for generations.
The main ring covers 35 km of varied terrain: gravel tracks through the vines, open countryside with wide views, small rural roads with almost no traffic, and a final stretch that brings you back through the landscape you started in. Three shorter variants — Ronchi (19 km), Oliosi (22 km) and Sandrà (13 km) — branch off from the main loop, so you can choose your distance and ride it your way.

Named after a historic local wine variety still produced in the vineyards of Castelnuovo del Garda, it is the heart of the region — a loop through countryside, morainic hills and quiet rural roads that can be ridden in four different ways.
The full Graspo del Moro ring crosses vineyards, gravel tracks and morainic hills between Castelnuovo del Garda and the lake.
